Abstract
The authors, participating in a government study, confirm, that computer simulation can be used as an effective tool to evaluate design quality in an urban environment. The Taipei example is to be extended to other parts of the city and eventually to all the metropolitan areas in Taiwan with an improved application of 3DUEM.
