Abstract
This study identifies the critical success factors for local government project stakeholder management in Ghana: communicating with and engaging stakeholders; identifying stakeholders properly; formulating a clear project mission statement; keeping and promoting good relationships; and analyzing stakeholder conflicts and coalitions.
