Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a process for identifying trends of Construction Industry Institute (CII) best practices. Six CII best practices are addressed in this study: pre-project planning, constructability, design/information technology, team building, and safety. The influences of project cost and project complexity on CII best practice use are investigated when identifying trends.
