Abstract
A philosophy governing the benchmarking of construction projects is presented. The development of an initial iteration of benchmarking methodology arising from this philosophy is described. Data collected in accordance with this system is presented and is analyzed. Conclusions regarding the system and recommendations for its improvement are offered.
